What do we need to bring to our Training Sessions / Trial Session?
Just soccer cleats! We have everything else at the facility. Optionally, you could bring shin guards and a water bottle. We otherwise have all equipment, water and a bathroom on site.
How to Register:
1. Go to LevelUpCoaching.org
2. Click "Member Login" & then click "Login/Register" in the top right corner.
3. *After* completing the profile, login to your profile and add a credit card.
4. Choose the group membership that best fits your family.
5. Book sessions.
How to ADD/CHANGE credit card:
1. Go to LevelUpCoaching.org
2. Click "Member Login" & then click "Login/Register" in the top right corner.
3. Once logged in, select "add" or "change" credit card on the left hand side.
How to book a trial session:
1. Go to LevelUpCoaching.org
2. Click "Member Login" & then click "Register" in the top corner.
3. *After* completing the profile, login to your profile and add a credit card.

How to make changes to my membership?
All member questions and account adjustments should be directed to our administrator, Ashley, via email at Admin@LevelUpCoaching.org
Can I upgrade/downgrade my membership tier?
Yes, we can upgrade or downgrade your membership for you! We just require a minimum 3 days notice prior to the end of the month to make account changes.
Can I pause/cancel my membership at any time?
Yes! Per membership guidelines, we just require a minimum 3 days notice prior to the end of the month to make account changes. If you are requesting a membership pause, please include in the email how long you would like to pause for. Our current policy is you can pause at any time for 1-3 months with zero fees!

How does the waitlist work?
Being on the waitlist ensures you are first to know if a spot becomes available, so here is how it works:
You will be notified via email when a spot becomes available!
Log in to your account.
REMOVE yourself from the waitlist.
ADD your child to the desired class.
How to cancel a class booking:
While logged into your GloFox account, click on “profile” in the top right corner.
Under “bookings” click the “cancel” button. (See image below.)
*You must cancel 1 hour before the session start time to receive the credit back to your account.
Does Level Up offer private 1-on-1 training sessions?
Yes! Our coaching staff does private training sessions in addition to our group sessions. Private sessions are a weekly commitment to a specific time slot (i.e. - Tuesdays at 6-7pm with Coach Jake) and are an additional charge to your membership fees. Players must have an active group membership to have access to private training slots.

Is there a discount for existing members when adding a sibling?
No, Level Up Coaching now treats each player as an individual. Previously, Level Up offered a discount in this regard, but that is no longer the case.
Can I have a receipt of payment(s)?
While logged into your GloFox account, click on the “My transactions” tab to see your invoice history.
For live updated items like Session Schedule, Membership Tiers, etc. click “Info Board” button.
